Welcome to the Adelaide High School Wellness Day Yoga Booking page

We believe that what you do in educating young minds is amazing and wonderful work.

However, we also understand that it can a demanding and stressful task.

Research has found that yoga and meditation are associated with a reduction in stress and burnout symptoms, improved coping mechanisms and reduced emotional exhaustion.

We look forward to helping you prepare for the year ahead with a yoga class designed to reduce stress and calm the nervous system.
